NOTICE: to ALL CoAPPS MEMBERS and potential members
This Notice will be the first of several issued on this website over the next 60 days. At the end of the 60 days, this site will expire.
The Officers and Board of Directors of CoAPPS regret to inform you that due to the lack of participation CoAPPS is dissolving. CoAPPS; as it is; is no longer able to effectively assist the Process Service industry as an organization.
The President of CoAPPS, Lou Maness, and the Administrator, Tad Howard, have done a complete review of the past 18 months' records and it was decided that CoAPPS would be administratively dissolved. Any outstanding debt owed by the organization will be paid and the remaining funds will be donated to the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) legal fund. There will be no other future CoAPPS meetings except for remaining officers and only as necessary to complete the business of CoAPPS.
If you are looking for an organization for Process Servers or Private Investigators in Colorado, watch this page over the next 60 days for updates. We will be posting updates approximately every 15 days until the website expires.
Please direct any questions regarding the dissolving of CoAPPS to Tad Howard at (719) 475-7360 or to Lou Maness at RckyMtnProServ@hotmail.com. For the next 15 days, we will only handle emails directly relted to this issue. After the next posting on the website; we will begin to answer other types of inquiries.
Thank you for your past participation and interest in CoAPPS.
Respectfully,
Lou Maness, CoAPPS President
